Missed Lessons
My missed lesson policy still stands. I will do everything in my power to help with rearranging your lesson time when absolutely necessary. We all know how busy and complicated schedules are these days. But lessons will be charged even if we cannot manage to reschedule. Remember I am holding this time for you! Please, also remember, letting me know as soon as possible will help me be able to substitute someone else who needs a change into your spot. That someone may be you sometime in the future.
Payments
Statements go home with students usually in the first week of lessons each month. And are due sometime in the next week or so. Books received during the previous month should appear on that statement and be included with payment.
Flexible scheduling is part of what I do. Complications, new sports activities, let me know so we can hopefully make the changes that make it possible for you to keep music a part of your life.
